Description
Blue Sky Music brings you Open Mic at Railway Lancing. With a lovely stage area, plenty of seating and a warm and welcoming environment, this evening is not to be missed!
Slots for the open mic do not need to be pre-booked - just turn up and play. We have a whiteboard where you can put your name down, then we go down the list in the order they're written. Three songs each, then on to the reserve list - usually ending the night with as many musicians on stage as possible!
We have a house guitar and keyboard, with an area to store your own if you'd prefer. We supply up to four wireless vocal mics and a cajon.
Our open mics encourage collaboration and if you are a musician looking to start or join a band, it's a good place for you to find like-minded people. Everyone is welcome!
What to expect
Open mic nights are events where performers, from singers to poets, take the stage to share their talents in front of a live audience, providing a platform for emerging artists to gain exposure and connect with fellow creatives.
