Some scenes from last week at Bā'sik! Brooklyn‘s Sunday night jazz jam session, since 2012, returns tonight at Bā’sik, 7-10pm
The session continues every Sunday night at Bā’sik in partnership with Jazz Generation (www.jazzgeneration.org) and is an official KEYED UP event!
House band starts at 7pm. Visiting musicians invited to sit in until 10pm on jazz standards. Guitar amp and piano keyboard on premises. The first upright bass player to sign up on the list to sit in gets a beer on the house band’s tab!!!
What to expect
Jam nights are spontaneous musical gatherings where musicians come together to improvise and collaborate in an informal and inclusive setting, showcasing their skills across various genres.
