Hello! I run an independent record label called West Pier recordings in Brighton, Sussex. We are distributed by Virgin Music Group. The label cares about artists and our ethos is to work together as a team to reach objectives and mutual goals. We provide funding, 360 type services and fair deals.

As a label representing artists, we also have the need from time to time, for musicians, so I’d like to connect with musicians who are local to Brighton.

I’m launching a new curated open mic event called Rising Stars in Brighton, held every two months. This is a step up from the usual open mic nights – a showcase designed for emerging artists, singer-songwriters, and bands who are already clear on their musical direction and focused on growing their audience.

Our first event takes place on 17th April 2025, and I’m inviting artists with strong original material who are serious about building a career in music. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.
